Free To Travel Friday: Some sweepstakes to get you going…literally!

2012/05/25

It’s time to get out your lucky penny, grab that rabbit’s foot, (do they still sell those?) pluck a four-leaf clover and try your luck at fulfilling your travel dreams in the best way possible…on someone else’s dime.

Here are this week’s favorite picks for travel sweepstakes and contests that are super easy to enter and are ending super soon.

Free and Easy Traveler offers 10, 20 and 40-day group adventure tours to places like Thailand, the Philippines, Costa Rica, Panama, Greece and Turkey. The concept is to offer longer trips so that you really get a chance to experience the country and it’s culture.

Just like them on facebook to enter. The deadline is June 1, 2012.

Submit Your Bucket List

So it’s not really a sweepstakes per se and time isn’t really running out (hopefully Bucket List Publications will be around for years to come), but there really is no time like the present to scratch something off your adventure/travel
bucket list, right?

I don’t know how she does it, but Lesley Carter has taken it upon herself to not only get cracking on her own bucket list but also, to create Bucket List Publications to inspire others and to make some of their bucket dreams come true in the process.

She and her sponsors have only been at it a few months, but so far Bucket List Publications has sponsored a full spa day, a wine tour in Napa Valley with a luxury hotel stay, a skydiving adventure, a Rolls-Royce limo ride, tickets to the ballet and a skiing adventure.

So what’s on your list? Because Bucket List Publications is just getting started, they may not be able to foot the bill for an all expenses paid African Safari, but you won’t know what’s possible until you submit your list.

Good Luck!
